Plan Your Visit

Attending a new church can be intimidating, so we want to make it as easy for you as we possibly can! Below you will find some FAQ's about what to expect your first Sunday at City Hill. If you have any other questions, please email us at cityhillcincy@gmail.com.

  • We have an amazing set up connected with Cincinnati Christian School (High School Campus).

  • When you pull up to the Cincinnati Christian School campus, you will see a row of City Hill flags lining the entrance. Follow the entrance road and signage towards the City Hill marked awning and park in that lot. You can enter the building through the doors underneath the awning. You will be greeted by a friendly face who can direct you to the auditorium, or help you check in your kids for their class.


    If you want to pre-check your children into our kid's area, please use the QR code at the bottom of this page to fill out our "New Family Form". Next, after you arrive, head to a printer kiosk in the lobby, enter your phone number, and then print your child's name tag.

  • We have three different age group classrooms for children. Nursery (Infant-Age 3), Preschool (Ages 3, potty trained-Age 5), and Elementary (Kindergarten-6th Grade). You are always welcome to keep them with you in service as well. Once you walk in the front door, you will be directed to check your kids into our system and a sticker will print out with their name, your phone number, and a code number. You will also receive a sticker that we ask you hold onto until the end of service. After service is over, you will take your sticker to pick up your kids and one of the classroom leaders will cross reference the code and release your child to you. We take your children's safety seriously. That is why we train our volunteers to follow specific protocol, and each volunteer that works with our City Kids is background checked.

  • Service will start at 10:30 am (doors open at 10:15) in the auditorium. Our worship band will open the service, leading us to connect with God in worship. Followed by a message that will challenge you and leave you filled up and ready to face another week! Our service usually lasts about 75 Minutes.

  • Anything you want to! If you are a jeans and tee person that is great! If you want to wear your Sunday best, that is okay too! We even have some people who like to wear their non-Ohio sports jerseys (WHAT?!) (JK, We will welcome you too!)

  • You are never obligated to give money at City Hill Church. We do not expect first time guests to give an offering but you are welcome to if you feel led to do so.  There is an offering stand located in the rear of the auditorium.

Pre-Register Your Children

To save time checking in your children to our City Hill Kid's classes, use this QR code to fill out our "New Family Form" before you arrive. Then, when you arrive at church, go to a printer kiosk in the lobby and enter your phone number or last name. You will see your family's information. Check in your children and their name tags will print. Then follow signs to our kid's classes or ask a greeter to show you the way!
