Justin Swartwout is lead pastor at City Hill Church. His wife, Bobbie, helps with  administrative needs, communications, and supporting staff. For over 25 years, both have served in various areas of the church, from middle school leaders, Sunday school teachers, hospitality leaders, worship team members, small group leaders, and more.  Justin graduated from the College of Mount St. Joseph with a business degree. He pursued business for several years before he was called into ministry.  He then earned his Master's degree in Christian Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. His passion is for people to enter into a genuine, real relationship with Jesus.  Bobbie has degrees in education and communications from the College of Mt. St. Joseph and Miami University. Her passion is for the church body to continually be growing in the knowledge of God's word and its truths.  Justin and Bobbie have two children, Summer and Silas.

Pastor Bryan is our Associate Pastor and Brittany is our Administrative Coordinator.  They have been serving in ministry over 20 years. They oversee various areas at church, such as worship, adult ministries, youth, staff support, preschool/nursery, & more.  Bryan studied Worship Ministry and Biblical Studies at Cincinnati Christian University and Brittany has her Bachelors degree in Business from Miami University. They have a passion for praise and worship and a desire to see lives changed through a relationship with Christ.  Bryan and Brittany have three children, Reagan, Isabel, and Elouise.

Deana and Joe Sisk are our Elementary Coordinators. They both have grown up in church, serving in children's ministry and other areas over the years.  Deana and Joe love the families they serve in the elementary class at City Hill. The Sisk's have a heart for children and for them to attend church and to learn about Jesus all while having fun! They also enjoy helping out and leading the elementary volunteer team too. In addition to leading at City Hill, Deana is a EFDA at West Chester Family Dentistry, and Joe is a Property Owner/Manager in Cincinnati.  Deana and Joe have two children, Eliza and Cruz.
